  • EOD (every other day) – This is the best choice for customers on a budget. To get the same eventual effects from HGH, it should be used with a longer cycle. It should also be noted that this is not a good choice if fat loss is a priority. To lose fat, you want to burn stored fat for energy every day, not every other day. 
  • 5/2 – This approach is a good choice for people that use HGH for years without an off-cycle. Two off-days each week lower side effects.

General Cycle Options 

In terms of the options of cycle length, there are two basic protocols:

  • A short 1-2 month cycle – This supports anti-aging, skin regeneration, cartilage synthesis, and joint health.
  • A Long 4-6 month cycle – This is the length for many bodybuilders/athletes and should be followed up with an off-cycle of the same length.

How Soon You Can Expect To See HGH Effects

Users will notice the effects of HGH after the first two weeks of use, with most users seeing significant improvement within two months. Cycles can run a minimum of 2 months, with many running 3-4 months. When running a longer cycle, you can use a smaller dosage of HGH.

This can be followed by an off-cycle of a similar length.  


Here are some examples of bulking and cutting cycles:

Bulking Cycles:
  • 6-8 Weeks – HGH 6-12 IU + 30-50 mg per day of Dbol or Tbol 
  • 8-10 Weeks – HGH 6-12 IU + 250-1000 mg per day of Testosterone Enanthate, Cypionate, or Sustanon
Cutting Cycles:
  • 6-10 Weeks – HGH 4-8 IU + 50 mg per day of Winstrol or Anavar

HGH Cycles – Post Cycle Therapy

Post cycle therapy usually applies to steroid use. This makes sense because your body needs to bring its hormones back in balance, and restore your natural production of testosterone to normal levels. However, HGH does not require post cycle therapy and does not impact your testosterone levels. Therefore, a PCT is appropriate only if you’re stacking Human Growth Hormone with steroids. In this case, the user should follow their typical PCT protocol. 

Women Bodybuilders/Athletes

The cycle length is the same for women bodybuilders and athletes. However, the dose changes for women as follows:

Use 3-4IUs per day divided into two injections (AM & PM) for the length of the cycle.

HGH Cycles For Anti Aging & Cosmetic Purposes

Option 2:
  • Weeks 1-4: 2IUs of HGH once per day in the morning
  • Weeks 5-8: 2.5IUs of HGH once per day in the morning
  • Weeks 8-12: 3IUs of HGH per day as follows: 2 x 1.5IU injections, once in the morning and once in the evening

What You Can Expect From A HGH Cycle

For bodybuilders/athletes, HGH, especially combined with high protein diet and training, can lead to an impressive amount of new muscle mass. The results of HGH from a cycle depend on factors such as dose, age, training intensity, and nutrition quality. As an example, if you use 5 IU/day for a 4-6 month cycle, you should gain roughly 10-15 lbs of lean muscle and lose roughly 10lbs of fat.
